To our surprise our first stop (for 2 hours!) is IN Seward! 
Janelle, our tour director, gives us directions on the tour bus

WOW - this huge ship is less than 1/2 mile from the face of the Glacier
They said "ROUTINELY" chunks of ice the size of 10 story buildings fall off.....
We heard several, and the thunderous sound was impressive!
